If I could give them a 0, I would. This place is terrible. I returned a dress within 48 hours of receiving it. It’s bad enough that they don’t provide a return shipping label like most other companies, so you pay to get the item shipped to you, yen you pay again to ship it back. On top of it, I get an email response that they received my item and would not accept it. When I asked why, I received an email back stating that there was a blank mark on the dress. I asked for proof because I know that is lie. I called diva boutique online and spoke to a female who told me that there is a black mark on the dress. I asked where and she said the back of it. I asked what does the black mark look like, she said a sharpie or an ink pen. Again, lies. She mentioned she can send me a picture if the alleged black mark, I said please do, she said that she’d have to send tomorrow? I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that she hadn’t heard from the manager in over 2 weeks and she doesn’t know when the manager will be back. I asked for the manager’s name, I was told she can’t give it out. I asked her (customer service rep.) what is her name, again, she told me that she couldn’t give it out. She told me that they could send me the dress back if I paid for shipping again. I told her to take the shipping out of my store credit. She said they can’t do that. This place is the most unprofessional, rip off that ever did exist. I told her she would not see another cent of my money. I will never shop at a bogus, ripoff, poor customer service, no integrity, and unprofessional establishment like this ever in life. I don’t know how they are still in business. Save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere where you’ll receive service and product with integrity. This place is pure “0” out whatever number of stars.

I love the items but the customs charge could have been included in the big price for shipping as it is disappointing that you have to pay sooooo much to get these nice clothes

Divaboutique are the worse , I never got my packet and they refuse to refund me. USPS only refunded less then half of my purchase. Divaboutique wash their hands cleaned , they have an "F" rating with BBB.They kept my money and I never received the items.
